Who will I actually be working with?
Kun Li — the founder and principal consultant — leads every engagement directly. There's no handoff to junior staff after the kickoff.
What's the best way to start if I'm not sure what I need?
A Discovery Session. It's a focused half-day working session that maps your current technology landscape, defines the problem, and gives you a written summary with recommendations.
Do you work remotely or only in Perth?
Both. Most advisory and architecture work is done remotely across Australia. For delivery engagements where on-site presence adds value, we can discuss that during scoping.
Do you work in regulated industries?
Yes — much of our track record is in regulated environments: energy, defence, healthcare, and government. We understand compliance constraints, security requirements, and operational realities.
